Titans RFC was established in 1946 and played as Tramway. In 1992 with unification, another developing club Lotus River Pioneers joined in and played in the newly formed competition under the WPRFU. In the year 2000 the playing ground that we operated from (Fenwick Park in Diep River)was cleared for a housing project and we had to move. The club found a suitable home in Grassy Park at the Rooikrans Sports Complex. In 2003 the members decided to change the name of the club to Titans RFC. During a revamp of the grounds at Rooikrans we were forced to look for another training venue and found the Parkwood Sports Complex where we currently reside.
